Deniz has extensive legal and commercial experience. He co-founded and scaled a leading UK accountancy franchise with over 27 franchisees, which currently dominates the market and growing rapidly. In addition to his business experience, Deniz has a law degree and a wide range of legal experience. As a result, he will be prepared to support you on both the commercial aspects and compliance aspects of your business.
Mehmet uses his skills and knowledge to provide recruitment solutions to clients. With his extensive network, he is able to find the most suitable candidates for any role. He is responsible for helping applicants to prepare for interviews, building and maintaining relationships with clients, maintaining records of candidates and clients and identifying potential new clients and acquiring their business.
Tanya deals with the entire recruitment process including initial call, interview preparation, drafting contracts, onboarding and final checks. Tanya primarily helps with negotiating contracts with clients, advising clients on selecting suitable candidates for their vacancies, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies, screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
Eileen handles the HR side of the business. Her role primarily consists of ensuring that all HR processes are followed by her clients.
